It’s not like we’re going to build a new one.
It’s the old, old wooden folding porch, right in front of the main entrance.
The folding porch is an iconic building that dates back to the Victorian era, but in recent years it’s been home to a slew of quirky design projects.
Now, the property owners are looking to turn the place into a museum.
In 2018, the owners of the property purchased a piece of land in the downtown area and plan to turn it into a community space.
The owners hope to exhibit some of their favorite things that they have in their house, including wooden folding walls, a kitchenette, a wooden stove, a walk-in closet, and a dining room.
They also plan to install a rooftop garden.
The building is currently being used as a shelter for a couple of homeless men who have been staying at the property for a while, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
“We are very excited to be able to offer this new community of visitors and residents to our community,” Lisa and Andrew Schulze said in a statement.
“We hope to be a place that people can come to explore the home, to have a conversation about the neighborhood, and to meet and connect with the neighbors.”
The property is currently under construction and will likely open to the public in 2020.
